Sublimation printing is a heat-transfer printing method in which special sublimation ink is converted into gas using heat and transferred onto compatible materials, allowing the colour to become part of the material’s coating or fibres. It produces vibrant colours, sharp images, and a smooth finish that does not easily peel or crack under suitable usage conditions. This method works best on polyester fabrics and specially polymer-coated products, making it ideal for customized apparel, promotional merchandise, and personalized corporate gifts. It is particularly suitable for full-colour designs, photographs, patterns, and detailed graphics.
